I am very sorry for your loss. My heart goes out to you in this difficult time. I know it's hard to go through this pain, but I hope you may find comfort in knowing that God cares about how you feel and that He promises that "there is going to be a resurrection." My Mom was full of life. She never ran from hard work. She worked hard growing huge gardens, then preserving the food she grew. I've watched her build a wash house, laying every block herself. During the winter, she loved quilting beautiful quilts for the family and special friends. When she gave someone a quilt, it was a token of her love and appreciation for that person. She instilled in me her strength and work ethic. I love her deeply. I will miss her greatly.

Darren, so sorry to hear about your mom. Also sorry that I didn't get to pay my respects. I've had issues with surgery and doctors visits. My prayers are with you and your family.

Dear Clyde & Family, we were so sorry to learn of your loss. Versie was a good friend to Drema & I and we will always cherish the items she hand made for us. We are out of state and will be unable to attend the funeral but please know our thoughts and prayers are with you.
