Valerie Johnson

Valerie Johnson 43, of Memphis Tn., formerly of Wharncliffe, WV departed this life on Sunday, August 02, 2015 at her residence She was born July 28, 1972 at Man, WV. She was the loving daughter of John P. "Junior" and Mary King Johnson. Valerie was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents: John and Cordia Osborne; her maternal grandparents: Joe and Ellen King. Valerie was a kind and loving daughter, mother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend. She was of the Church of Christ faith. Valerie had a love for animals. Those remaining to love and cherish the memory of Valerie and to mourn her passing include her parents: John P. "Junior" and Mary Johnson of Wharncliffe; one daughter: Brittany Estepp of Point Pleasant; one sister: Beverly (Eugene "Brother") Cline of Wharncliffe; 2 nephews: Timothy Cline and Jeremy (Kimberly) Cline both of Wharncliffe; 3 great nephews: Braylen, Nolan and Colton Cline; one great niece: Alyssa Cline and a host of other dear family and friends. Friends may gather with the family on Monday, August 10, 2015 at Mounts Funeral Home Chapel from 6-9 pm. Funeral services will commence on Tuesday, August 11, 2015 at 2:00pm with the Rev. Denny May and Evangelist Roger Clemans officiating. Burial will follow in the Johnson Family Cemetery at Pounding Mill, Wharncliffe, WV. Valerie will be carried to her final resting place by family and friends. She is gone from our sight but never from our hearts.
