It is hard to find the words to say when a loved one has passed. Just let me say I knew her in school and thought a great deal of her. I pray for strength for all those who knew and loved her.

I am so sorry to hear the news about Melanie. I don't know what to say except I am sorry. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family which will sadly have an empty spot that can never be filled. She had a great, loving family and I know she enjoyed every minute she had with each and every one. God Bless everyone.

I will always remember my friend with a smile and beautiful laughter. She was a beautiful lady inside and out. She got her wings and will never hurt again. I feel so blessed to have had the honor of her being my friend. Trusting her family will find comfort in the days and weeks ahead.

It's so hard to believe that Melanie is no longer with us. I know shes walking the streets of Gold and singing some beautiful songs, and Praising God for all of his love. Melanie faught a good fight and she knew when it was time to go home to be with God. Melanie was a good hearted person, and whenever anyone was around her, her laugh and smile lite up the room. She was a very good Christian woman and served God with all of her heart. My thoughts and prayers goes out to all of her family. May God wrap his loving arms around each and everyone in their time of need and throughout the coming days and months ahead. Melanie is in no more pain and will never suffer anymore. Fly High Mrs. Melanie! "Go rest high on that mountain, cause your work on earth is done"! Miss You Girl!!!!

Mom, i got the news last night. It didn't sink in. When i woke up this morning it finally hit me that i couldn't call you anymore. The tears i cry , are tears of selfishness , and i'm sure there will be more because i want you here with me. The only peace that i have is that i know where you are, there is no more pain, no more suffering, not even a tear will dim your eyes. I know you have a glorified body, that is cancer free. I cant even imagine what his face looks like or what it feels like to stand beside him. Tell him i love him. And when you give an account for your life tell him that you were the greatest mom ever. Tell him that you were a godly example to your family, tell him that you loved and raised your children as he told you to, and finally tell him that you praised him until the end. Mom, i'm gonna miss you so much. I love you and i'll meet you at the gate. Amen!
