Jeff was a good hearted,caring man, Who was very good2 every1, who meet him, I have loved his 4 all kindness, toward me,Hallie Carter, and my kids, I could only hope that his values in life of hardworking, caring person he was, always here in spirit.Love Hallie carter,Ted Carter,wife. its been one year today brother that you passed away but you will always live in my heart forever i love you very much and i miss you more than words can say. but i know that you are in a great place because you showed it to me and one day i will join you there love your brother ted carter.
