Gregory Highlander

Gregory Highlander, 47 of Verner, departed this life on Monday, May 26, 2014, at his residence.

Born February 15th 1967, at Man, he was the son of the late Herman and Nola June Browning Highlander.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one brother, Randy Highlander and one aunt, Burma Hatfield.

Gregory was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. He was a logger and he enjoyed riding a motorcycle and spending time with his wonderful family and friends.

Those left to love and cherish the memory of Gregory and to mourn his passing include his loving wife, Pamela Highlander of Verner; his daughter, Kearstin (James) Ratliff of Davin; his son, Joseph Highlander of Verner; his two grandchildren: James and Erika Ratliff of Davin; his two brothers: Robert Browning and Jennings “Pete” Highlander, both of Gilbert; his two sisters: Lavonna Highlander and Gladys Cline, both of Gilbert; his two nephews: Kyle Cline and Rayvon Cline, both of Gilbert; his niece, Keasha Highlander of Gilbert; and a host of other dear family and friends.

Friends may gather with the family at the Mounts Funeral Home Chapel in Gilbert on Friday, May 30th from 6 pm to 9 pm with a service at 7 pm.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, May 31st at the Mounts Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Jerry Rose and Rev. Roy Lee Lester officiating.

Burial will follow at the Hatfield Cemetery at Sharon Heights of Hampden.

Gregory will be carried to his final resting place by: Mike Colegrove, Charles Lester, Russell Lester, Gary Lester, and Leslie Lester.

He is gone from our sight but never from our hearts.
