Regina, I just heard of Charlie's passing yesterday. I am so sorry. He was a wonderful man. He always looked after me when I worked at the gas station at Justice. I loved it when he would come over during the day waiting for the mail to be put up and would just sit and chat with me. I will miss him and his smile.
