Clarabelle Hatfield, 82, of Gilbert, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Sunday, September 21, 2008, from Logan Regional Medical Center in Logan.

Born on March 3, 1926, at Justice, she was the beloved daughter of the late Everett and Laura (Wilson) Cline.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by: her loving husband, Sid Hatfield; and two brothers: Bennie (Christine) Cline and Willie (Leona) Cline.

Clarabelle was a member of the Gilbert Presbyterian Church and the Honeysuckle Garden Club of Gilbert. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Those left to love and cherish the memory of Clarabelle are: her son, Jan Barry (Lori) Hatfield of Huntington; her beloved grandson, Barry Hatfield of Huntington; her sister, Francis (John) Offenberger of Cincinnati OH; her brother, Donald (Billie Jean) Cline of Virginia Beach VA; a very special great nephew, Max Kight of Cincinnati OH; and host of other dear family members and friends. A special thank you to Clyde & Christa Lester and Robin Owens for their loving kindness.

Friends called at the Gilbert Presbyterian Church at Gilbert on Thursday, September 25th from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. Funeral services were held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, September 25th at the Gilbert Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Chris Turner officiating.

Burial followed in the Wilson Cemetery at Justice. Family and friends served as pallbearers.
