Arbery Keneda, 72 of Hanover, went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and to join his loved ones waiting for him in heaven, on Sunday, July 1, 2012.

Born March 20th, 1940 at Simon, he was the son of the late Alva and Lizzie Harper Keneda.

Arbery was a loving husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend. He was a retired coal miner with 39 years and a member of the Long Branch Freewill Baptist Church. He enjoyed coon hunting and deer hunting with his son and he enjoyed playing basketball with his granddaughter. He enjoyed life and loved serving God. He loved spending time with his wonderful family and friends, and during the last two years of his life he wanted to be surrounded by his family. He will be greatly missed by everyone knew and loved him.

Those left to love and cherish the memory of Arbery and to mourn his passing include his loving wife of 53 years, Sharon K. Keneda; his son, Larry (Pat) Keneda; his granddaughter, Kayla Renea Keneda; and many nieces and nephews and a host of other dear relatives and friends.
