Lydia Lynn Collins

Lydia Lynn Collins, 58 of Gilbert, departed this life Friday, March 29, 2024.

Born October 30, 1965 at Man, WV she was the daughter of the late Izetta (Hatfield) and Douglas Collins.

In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her sister: Pam Nagle.

Lynn enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.  She was of the Baptist Faith.

Those left to love and cherish her memory are her brothers: Douglas (Robin) Collins of Kermit, WV, Dennis (Julie) Collins of Browning Fork, Gilbert, WV and Shane “Sheldon” Collins of Gilbert, WV; friends: Wanda Lester of Gilbert, WV and Barbara Mounts of Browning Fork, Gilbert, WV.  She also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, and other dear relatives and friends.

Friends may gather with the family Wednesday, April 3, 2024 from 6:00 till 9:00pm in the chapel of Mounts Funeral Home, Gilbert, WV.  Funeral services will commence there in the Mounts Funeral Home chapel on Thursday, April 4, 2024 at 1:00 pm with Pastor Bobby Perry officiating.  Burial will follow in the Carter Cemetery at Browning Fork section of Gilbert, WV.

She may be gone from our sight, but never from our hearts.
