Randall Cook

Randall Cook, 65 of Hanover departed this life Sunday, May 3, 2015 from his residence.

Born July 8, 1949 at Verner, he was the son of Wanda (Kenneda) Cook and the late Harry Cook.

In addition to his father, he was also preceded in death by his brother: Sonny Cook.

Randall was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son and brother. He loved to fish and work on small engines. He was of the protestant Faith.

Those left to love and cherish the memory of Randall are his loving wife of 41 years: Vera Lockhart Cook of Hanover; his daughter: Dana (Noah) Lester of Hanover: his grandson: Gregory Lee Lester of Hanover; his mother: Wanda Lee Kenneda Cook of Simon; his brothers: Kelvin Cook of Simon, and Timmy (Suzette) Cook of Oceana; his great nieces and nephews: Haylea, Logan, Paige, JoJo, and Little Russell; and a host of other dear family and friends.

Friends may gather with the family Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at the Mounts Funeral Home Chapel in Gilbert from 6 to 9 pm. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, May 7, 2015 at 1:00 pm at the Mounts Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Alvin Browning and Evangelist David Blankenship officiating. Burial will follow in the Lockhart Cemetery at North Spring, Hanover, WV.

Randall will be carried to his final resting place by family and friends.

His wonderful smile and gentle heart will be greatly missed by all who were fortunate to have known and loved him.
