Melissa Lynn Lester

Melissa Lynn Lester, 37 of Baisden, departed this life on Tuesday, June 28, 2011 at her residence at Baisden.

Born on November 11, 1973 at Man, she was the daughter of Ralph Manuel and Edith Josephine Stanley.

Melissa was a loving daughter, wife, mother, sister, aunt and friend. She was a homemaker and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Those left to love and cherish her memory and to mourn her passing include her loving husband, Leon Lester of Baisden; her father Ralph Manuel of Varney; her mother, Edith Josephine Stanley of Columbus Ohio; her son, Donovan Lester of Baisden; her daughter, Jade Lester of Holden; her twin sister, Teresa Manuel of Columbus Ohio; her half-sister, Angela Manuel of Gilbert; her three half-brothers: David Yankovich of Columbus Ohio, Ralph Manuel of Gilbert, and J. R. Stumbo of Columbus Ohio; and a host of other dear family and friends.

Friends may gather with the family at the Full Gospel Church of God at Baisden on Tuesday, July 5th from 6 pm to 9 pm.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, July 6th, 2011, at the Full Gospel Church of God with the Rev. Jonas Trent officiating.

Burial will follow in the Oak Log Cemetery at Baisden.

Melissa will be carried to her final resting place by family and friends.

She is gone from our sight but never from our hearts.
