Linda Hatfield

Linda Hatfield, 63 of Gilbert departed this life to meet her Lord and Savior on Friday, February 26, 2016 from Logan Regional Medical Center. Born August 13, 1952, at Logan she was the daughter of the late Johnny Dutton and Edith (Holt) Winter. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her grandparents; brother: William Dutton; sister: Rita Bevins; 2 grandchildren: Bruce Gibson Jr. and Edith Delores Gibson. Linda was a member of the Riverbend Holiness Church and she enjoyed listening to music, trading and cb radios. She also loved sports cars and Dale Earnhardt. Linda was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. Those left to love and cherish the memory of Linda and to mourn her passing include her loving husband Billy Hatfield of Gilbert; 3 children: Terria (Bruce) Gibson of Wharncliffe, Billy Hatfield of Gilbert and Crystal (Matthew) Meade of Justice; 5 grandchildren: Matalyn Meade, Sophia Meade, Bruce J. Gibson, Daniel Gibson and Matthew Hatfield; brother: David Howard of North Carolina; sister: Judy Reuwer of Virginia; a host of nieces and nephews and other dear family and friends. Friends may gather with the family on Tuesday, March 1, 2016 from 6-9 pm at Mounts Funeral Home Chapel in Gilbert. Funeral services will commence at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at Mounts Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Denny May and Rev. Larry Stevens officiating. Burial will follow at the Dotson-Toler Cemetery at Wharncliffe. Linda will be carried to her final resting place by family and friends. She is gone from our sight but never from our hearts.
