Glenna Toler

Glenna Brumfield Toler, 84 of Gilbert departed this life on Friday, August 8, 2014 at Logan Center Nursing Home, Logan, WV.

Born on December 28, 1929 at Gill, WV she was the daughter of the late Okey A. and Virgie (Spears) Brumfield.

In addition to her parents, Glenna was also preceded in death by her sons: Wayne, Emmitt and Rocky Fields.

Glenna was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She was a member of the Horsepen Southern Baptist Church, and she loved going to yard sales.

Those left to love and cherish her memory are her daughter: Diana Francis of Gilbert; her sons: Glenn Fields, and Neil and Terry Perry, all of Gilbert, and David Fields of Cummings, GA; her brothers: Lloyd and Denzil Brumfield, both of Florida, and Jason Brumfield of California; her sisters: Sue Browning of Slab Town section of Gilbert, and Jane Masuna of Virginia Beach, VA; her grandchildren: Melissa White of Chapmanville, Corey Fields of Gilbert, Sabrina Manuel of Hurricane, Anthony and Brandy Perry Davis, both of Florida; her great grandchildren: Brandon and Cameron White of Chapmanville, Ryan and Caleb Simpkins of Gilbert, Christyan Parker Davis of Florida, and Branson Manuel of Hurricane.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Logan Care Center for the love and care that they provided for their mother.

Friends may gather with the family on Sunday, August 10, 2014 from 12 pm to 1 pm at the Mounts Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will begin at 1 pm with Evangelist Billy Manuel officiating. Burial will follow in the Hollywood Cemetery at Gilbert.

Glenna will be carried to her final resting place by: Ralph Trent, Michael Francis, Lonnie Brown, Ricky Mounts, Chester Brown, Jr., Jeff Ferrell, Bruce Ferrell and Conrad Cline.

She may be gone from our sight, but never from our hearts.
