Faye Morgan, 65 of North Spring, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Sunday September 20, 2009, from Williamson Memorial Hospital.

Born on February 7, 1944, at Wharncliffe, she was the daughter of the late Milton and Kizzie Hatfield Morrison.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one sister, Judy French.

Faye was a loving wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She was a homemaker and she had once worked at the Wharncliffe, Gilbert, and Baisden Post Offices. She was a born again Christian of the Baptist Faith. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Those left to love and cherish her memory are: her loving husband of 48 years, Dennis F. Morgan of North Spring; her two sons: Timmy (Susan) and Jonathen (Tara) Morgan, both of North Spring; her daughter, Cherri (Kevin) Hatfield of Hampden; her three precious grandchildren: Cortney and Amber Hatfield and Jacob Morgan, all of North Spring; her two brothers: Gary (Julie) and Mark (Sheila) Morrison, both of Wharncliffe; her two sisters: Thelma Dotson and Sandra (Gary) Bradford, both of Wharncliffe; her special sister-in-law, Charlotte Morgan of North Spring; and a host of other dear family and friends.

Friends may call at the Mounts Funeral Home Chapel in Gilbert on Wednesday, September 23rd from 6 to 9 pm.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, September 24th at the Mounts Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jackie Lester officiating.

Burial will follow in the Morgan Family Cemetery at North Spring.

She will be carried to her final resting place by family and friends.
