Earnest Justice, 57, of Peterstown, went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Saturday, September 20, 2008, from Princeton Community Hospital at Princeton.
Born on May 26, 1951, at Panther, he was the son of the late Irvin and Victoria (Kennedy) Justice.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by: two brothers: Kennis and Minus Justice; two sisters: Dorothy and Connie Matney; and two brothers-in-law: Matt Justice and Randy Matney.
Earnest was a retired coal miner, and a member of the Sweet Home Baptist Church at Princeton. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Those left to love and cherish the memory of Earnest are: his loving wife, Cindy Eileen (Kuraswicz) Justice of Peterstown; his daughter, Crystal (John) Fogel of Missouri; his three sons: Daniel (Cheryl) Emminger and Brian (Kate) Justice both of Missouri, and Robert Earnest (Kari) Justice of Peterstown; his granddaughter, Rebekah Lynn Emminger of Missouri; six grandsons: Austin, Andrew and Aaron Fogel, Ethan Conway, Griffin Justice, and Josiah Emminger, all of Missouri; his three brothers: Adam (Pricie) Justice of Union, George (Samantha) Justice and Dennis Justice both of Panther; his three sisters: Hazel Justice, Drema Justice, and Phyllis Matney all of Panther; and a host of family and friends.
Friends called at the Sweet Home Baptist Church at Princeton on Monday, September 22nd after 6 pm. A church service was held with the Rev. Thurman Belcher officiating. Graveside services were performed at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, September 23rd at the Justice Family Cemetery at Trace Fork of Panther. Family and friends served as pallbearers.
