Donny Noe

Donny Noe, 88, of Wharncliffe, WV, departed this life Tuesday, January 26, 2016, to be with his Lord and Savior, from Pikeville Medical Center at 10:30 pm.

Born April 11, 1927 at Glen Alum, WV, he was the son of the late Bill and Lula Lochard Noe.

In addition to his parents, Donny was also preceded in death by two sons: Roy and Gary Noe; three grandchildren: Katrina, Matthew and Josh; eight brothers; and four sisters.

Donny was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. He loved fishing, hunting and working in his shop. He also loved attending church and spending time with his family and friends. He was a member of the Ben Creek Free Pentecostal Holiness Church.

Those left to love and cherish his memory are his loving wife of 63 years, Mary Lou Hatfield Noe, of the home; his daughter: Margie (Bob) Coyle of North Carolina; his four sons: Dennis (Barb) Noe of Delbarton, Donald (Brenda) Noe, of Wharncliffe, Jim (Linda) Nagy of Gilbert, and Alex (Dorene) Nagy of Wharncliffe; one sister: Dorothy Davis of Tennessee; 23 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren. He also leaves behind a host of other dear relatives and friends.

Friends may gather with the family Friday, January 29, 2016 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Ben Creek Free Pentecostal Holiness Church, where funeral services will commence at 1:00 pm with the Rev. Denny May officiating.

Burial will follow in the Hatfield Cemetery at Sharon Heights, Hampden, WV.

Donny will be carried to his final resting place by his grandsons.

His wonderful smile and gentle heart will be greatly missed by all who were fortunate to have known and loved him.
