Diane Belcher, 57 of Browning Fork, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and to join her loved ones waiting for her in heaven, on Thursday, August 9th, 2012, from St. Mary’s Medical Center in Huntington.
Born on February 19, 1955 at Hampden she is the daughter of Minnie Bell Hatfield Cook and the late Willis Hatfield.
In addition to her father she was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Lindsey Hatfield and two brothers-in-law, Amos Belcher and Bobby Hoyle.
Diane was a loving daughter, wonderful wife, loving mother, special grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She was a homemaker and a member of the Browning Fork House of Faith where she was also a member of the choir.
She enjoyed playing bingo, traveling, fishing, going to flea markets, going to church and singing in the choir. Her greatest joy was spending time with her wonderful family and friends. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Those left to love and cherish the memory of Diane and to mourn her passing include her loving husband of 36 years, Herman Belcher of Browning Fork; her two sons: Anthony Hatfield of Browning Fork and George Hatfield of Columbus Ohio; her daughter, Natasha Belcher of Browning Fork; her mother, Minnie Bell Cook of Columbus Ohio; her two grandsons: Zachery Hatfield and Kayden Wayne Belcher; her granddaughter, Sidney Hatfield; her brother, Kenneth Hatfield of Columbus Ohio; her sister, Karol Hoyle of Columbus Ohio; and a host of other dear family and friends.
Friends may gather with the family at the Freedom Full Gospel Assembly House of Prayer at Hampden on Sunday, August 12th after 6 pm with a special service at 7 pm.
Funeral services will be held at 1 pm on Monday, August 13th at the Freedom Full Gospel Assembly House of Prayer with Rev. Diamond Carter and Rev. Lowell Smith officiating.
Burial will follow in the Carter Cemetery at Browning Fork.
Diane will be carried to her final resting place by family and friends.
Honorary pallbearers are: Anthony Hatfield, George Hatfield, Zachery Hatfield and Kayden Wayne Belcher.
She is gone from our sight but never from our hearts.

Visitation: Sunday, August 12th after 6 pm
Funeral: Monday, August 13th at 1 pm
Place: Freedom Full Gospel Assembly House of Prayer at Hampden, WV
