Bobby Toler

Bobby Toler, 73 of Hanover, departed this life Thursday, April 16, 2015 at his residence.

Born on December 27, 1941 at Hanover, he was the son of the late Wade and Hazel (Vanover) Toler.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his brothers: Steve, Tony, Freddie, David and Johnny Toler.

Bobby loved to fish and spend time with his family and friends.

Those left to love and cherish the memory of Bobby are his wife: Ethel Marie Toler of the home; his daughter: Jennifer (Dallas) Randolph of North Springs; his son: Bobby Joe (Donna) Toler of Sumter, S.C.; his brothers; Daniel (Lisa) Toler, Brian “Smokie” (Raina) Toler, and Teddy “Doggie” (Reathy) Toler, all of Hanover; Roger (Darlene) Toler of Ikes Fork, and Jeffrey (Maecene) Toler of Clear Fork; his sisters: Sherrie (Donald) Workman of Gilbert, Kathy (Paul) Hammond of Florida, Maggie (Kenny) Stort of Lynco, Sandra “Tiny” (Randall) Cline and Nickie “Denise” (Joe) Cameron, all of Hanover; his step-son: Michael (Vickie) Sammons of Gilbert; step-daughters: Patricia (Carlos) Cureton of Bostic, N.C., Christina (Buford) Vanover and Heather Martin, all of Hanover; 14 grandchildren: Rocky, Victoria, Ashlynn, Heath, Skylar, Carlos Jr, Cierra and Desmond Stone, Chuck, Zack, Cory, Michelle, Derick, Nichole and Wade; several great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Friends may gather with the family Saturday, April 18, 2015 at the Mounts Funeral Home Chapel in Gilbert from 6 to 9 pm. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, April 19, 2015 at the Mounts Funeral Home Chapel in Gilbert at 1:00 pm, with the Rev. Clyde Endicott and Rev. James Cline officiating.

Burial will follow in the Toler Cemetery at Hanover. Bobby will be carried to his final resting place by Zack and Cory Sammons, Wade Toler, Justin Richmond, Adam and Cody Toler.

He may be gone from our sight, but never from our hearts.
